Terms of Service

The service

Digital Peak provides subscription access to AI Workers — software agents that perform business tasks under configurations and boundaries you set. Workers act on your instructions and connected systems; you remain responsible for reviewing output, setting appropriate oversight modes, and complying with laws that apply to your business and communications.

Billing

Worker seats bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Usage-based components (such as voice minutes) bill in arrears at the rates shown in your dashboard. You can cancel any worker at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Acceptable use

Workers may not be used for unlawful communications, spam in violation of applicable law, harassment, or activity that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a worker that is being used in breach of these terms.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of your business data and the output your workers produce for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

AI Workers automate work but do not guarantee outcomes; the service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice via email or the dashboard; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
